Jason Hughes is the founder of Hughes Marino. He is the Chairman, CEO, and Owner of the buyer and tenant representation company. He is also the owner of the National Football League’s Carolina Panthers and Charlotte Knights professional football teams. He founded this company in 2001 with a mission to provide safe and effective orthopedic solutions for children.


They also care about adults suffering from sports injuries and sprains. Jason Hughes was born in 1965 in Shreveport, Louisiana. He graduated from Louisiana State University (LSU) with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. 


After graduation, he obtained his MBA at Harvard Business School (HBS). In 1999 he was inducted into the LSU Sports Hall of Fame. Jason Hughes was inducted for his contributions to the university’s athletic program as both an athlete and coach over twenty-three years. In 2000 he received the Outstanding Alumnus Award.

The idea for this product from Mark One Medical Incorporated came when a former LSU teammate went through physical rehabilitation after being paralyzed by a stroke after playing sports at LSU. After seeing how much help he needed to move around once again, successful CEO and entrepreneur Jason Hughes wanted to find something that could help others and he has achieved it with huge success.
